UP Events
To check in for University Programs events, simply download your event pass through mySource. Log in with your myBama credentials, click on the icon in the top right corner, and download your pass, which you can screenshot or add to your wallet. You’ll use this pass for all University Programs events throughout the year! After Tied with the Tide Weeks of Welcome, we’ll continue hosting events on campus, including our UP Engage series every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the fall and spring semesters. From watch parties and tailgates to comedy shows, Mardi Gras, Fright Mania, and more, make sure to follow us on Instagram, X, and Facebook to stay updated!
Participation
Tied with the Tide activities are completely free for all University of Alabama students—just bring yourself, and we’ll take care of the rest! There’s no need to join University Programs to attend these events. Our goal is to provide a space for students to connect outside of the classroom, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy!
Move In
New students can move into their residence halls during the designated times set by Housing and Residential Communities. For more detailed information about move-in, be sure to visit the Housing website.
