2026 WOW Event Proposal Forms

Thank you for your interest in partnering with The University of Alabama’s Weeks of Welcome (WOW). This year’s Weeks of Welcome will be held Sunday, August 16 – Saturday, October 10.

The goal of Weeks of Welcome is to help all first year and transfer students in the transition to academic and student life at The University of Alabama. We also assist all students’ transitions from year to year by focusing on the unique needs of students as they progress in their college career. We highlight resources, services, and points of connection across campus through a variety of programming offerings and opportunities for engagements.
